The Food - These tasty snacks are made of warm

ingredients:
4 pieces of white bread and white rectangles, discarding the edges
cooking oil
Ragout:
1 tablespoon butter
20 g onions, finely chopped
100 g minced chicken
50 g carrots, cut into small
4 pieces of green beans, thinly sliced
1 tbsp plain flour
200 ml fresh milk
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
coatings:
1 egg, beat well
150 g flour rough panir
How to make:
Ragout:
Saute onion until wilted.
Enter the chopped chicken meat, stirring until it changes color.
Add the carrots and beans, stir until wilted.
Sprinkle the flour and stir well.
Pour the milk, stirring until thick.
Add seasonings and stir well. Lift.
For the ragout into two parts.
Spread 2 slices of bread with a ragout of each section.
Cover with a piece of bread.
Cut each diagonally up into 4 sections.
Dip each in beaten eggs.
Coat with bread flour until blended.
Let stand until slightly dry.
Fry in hot oil until golden yellow and more.
Drain. Serve warm.
