This cake can be a tasty little
snack after school or filling dish distraction. Parmesan cheese, fragrant and
tasty slices of processed meat makes it more special!
ingredients:
50 g luncheon beef / bacon, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons olive oil
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
200 ml of liquid milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon mustard
Mix together:
300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
topping:
50 g of grated cheddar cheese
How to make:
Saute beef luncheon with a little oil. Set aside.
Combine milk, oil and eggs until blended.
Place the flour mixture in the container.
Add cheese and stir well.
Pour the milk mixture and stir well.
Enter a luncheon beef and stir well.
Pour into a container 12 cupcakes.
Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes until cooked.
Remove and serve.
For 12 pieces
