The Food - Apparently Milk Can Make It Slim Waist

The Food - Many people who avoid dairy while dieting as much fat. There is a new type of enzyme found in milk. Research shows that this enzyme may help you to a slim waist.

The researchers identified the nutrients in cow's milk. It was found that milk contains an enzyme SIRT 1. This enzyme is a yeast sirtuin proteins that can make people live longer and not easily stressed. However, a recent study found that this enzyme is also able to streamline the waist.

Previous researchers tested this by injecting the enzyme in mice. The dosage was high enough, the result is shown to be enzymes burn more fat and prevent obesity. The mice are also more muscular and bigger body resistance.

The compound is a new type and metabolism-enhancing benefits such as supplements. Testing is also being done at this time although the results are not yet known. Walnya findings have also been reported in Cell Metabolism at the beginning of June.

"This substance is also contained in the milk that offer the same benefits. Compounds which can be found in these foods do not have effect on health could even make your waist look smaller and slimmer." said Johan Auwerx, a researcher at the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne.
