salad:

French Dressing, mix together:
30 g of virgin olive oil
5 g Dijon mustard
12 g of red wine vinegar
salt
ground pepper
How to make:
Cook meat over medium heat until it reaches a level of maturity is (medium).
Lift the meat, sliced thin crosswise.
Salad: Toss tomatoes, green salad with French Dressing.
Arrange slices on a serving plate.
Chimicurri put on it.
Serve with salad.
