Apem like this kind usually found in
East Java. Apem like these are generally made in the event tahlilan, It was a
soft-mentuk mentul and definitely addictive. The more fragrant if the surface
is sprinkled with chopped jackfruit.
ingredients:
325 grams sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
200 grams of fermented cassava, waste fiber, puree
500 ml warm milk
250 ml of warm liquid milk (mix with coconut milk)
150 g of jackfruit, chopped, for topping (optional)
Mix together:
11/2 teaspoons instant yeast
400 g of rice flour
100 g flour
How to Make:
Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla powder until dissolved
Insert the tape into the beaten egg, mix well
Enter the flour mixture alternately with coconut milk and milk mixture, stir well
Cover the container with a towel or plastic, let sit for 1 hour at least.
Heat the mud cake pan, spread with a little oil, put the dough to 1/2 high mold hole.
Cover and let sit. Then open the lid and put some chopped jackfruit, cover again.
Cook until edges dry out and mature.
Remove and serve warm.
