The Food - Cake recipes: Rainbow Cake With Vanilla Icing & Citroen


The Food
The Food - Cake is cake-loving prima donna is not too difficult to make. Consists of 6 color sponge cake piled with cream lining. This one feels more soft and tasty as a wash cream using butter milk. Make yuk!

ingredients:
12 eggs
6 egg yolks
375 g sugar
40 g Cake Emulsifier
225 g plain flour, sifted
175 g butter, melted
6 types of food coloring
topping:
500 g Butter cream *)
! / 2 teaspoon Essence Citroen
½ tsp Vanilla Essence

How to make:

    Rainbow Cake:
     Beat eggs, egg yolks, sugar and emulsifier until white and stiff.
     Enter the sifted flour.
     Enter the melted butter, stirring gently.
     Divide the dough into 6 parts. Give color / paste the colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple
     Masing2 enter into the pan with a diameter of 20 cm.
     Bake in hot oven to 200 C for 16 minutes.
     Remove from the pan and let cool.
     Brush the cake with simple syrup and spread with butter cream.
     Arrange all the sponge cake with a sequence from the top: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
     Rub the entire surface of the cake with butter cream
     Garnish with chocolate or colorful springkle
     Cake ready to serve.
