Pudding Recipe: Lychee Almond Pudding

the food - Pudding on this one the most delicious eaten cold. Can make a snack, especially when the heat and treat the whole family gathered. Flavor chewy almond pudding flavored with lychee more fun enjoyed a sweet fragrance.

ingredients:
11/2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
400 ml fresh milk
60 g sugar
1 teaspoon almond essence
complement:
1 can lychees, drained
250 ml evaporated milk
candied cherries

How to make:

     Stir gelatin with hot water until dissolved and clear, set aside.
     Cook milk and sugar to boil. Lift.
     Enter the almond essence and gelatine, stir until dissolved.
     Pour into mold and chill.
     Store in refrigerator until hardened.
     Rake or cut into pieces.
     Place in serving glasses.
     Give topping.
     Serve.
