The Food - Fruit sugar or fructose is a type of sugar that dissolves easily in water. Commonly found in fruits and honey. Some studies had mentioned that it is not safe to eat sugar of diabetics. But the new study says fructose is safe for consumption.

Research conducted at the St. Michael's Hospital, found that people with diabetes type 1 and type 2 diabetes can control their blood sugar while consuming fructose. Besides blood pressure, cholesterol and weight of respondents can also be controlled.

Respondents involved in this study as many as 209 people, grouped by their teens and parents. Each respondent is given fructose per day for 12 weeks. Given fruit sugar from honey, fruit and vegetables.
