The Food - Young Coconut Pudding Strawberry Sauce

The Food - It may also occasionally break their fast with a special dish. Like a soft pudding with coconut stuffing it. Enjoyed cold with a splash of sour fresh strawberry sauce. Wow, delicious!

ingredients:
1 packet of jelly white powder
400 ml coconut milk
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
red dye
4 egg whites
200 g of coconut meat, finely crushed, drained
Starwberry sauce:
200 g fresh strawberries, cut into pieces
75 g sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to make:

     Boil coconut milk with agar-agar, sugar and vanilla to a boil.
     Give a little red dye, stir well and remove from heat.
     Beat the egg whites until stiff.
     Enter the hot gelatin mixture while stirring until blended.
     Enter a young coconut meat and stir well.
     Pour into baking dish or serving glasses.
     Allow to cool and freeze.
     Store in refrigerator until cold.
     Meanwhile, prepare Strawberry Sauce.
     Put all ingredients in a blender bowl.
     Process until smooth.
     Strain the sauce and cook until boiling.
     Remove and let cool.

The Food - Color Chips Can Prevent Excessive Eating

The Food - This snack is a tasty, crunchy. Make the audience hooked and it is difficult to stop chewing. However, one study found that the color of potato chips can prevent a lot of people eat.

The team of researchers from Cornell University have found that potato chips are colored red or brown, will visually reduce the amount of consumption in these chips.

The experiments were conducted by two groups of students as much as 98 people. As they watch the video in the classroom, researchers from Cornell Food and Brand Lab to give a jar of potato chips. Most of the chips supplied are red.

Even without conscious there are chips in the red container. But they were able to reduce their consumption by 50% compared to their peers.

"Normally people will put good food in front of them. In the present study shows that some people use a visual indication to tell when to stop eating. "Says Brian Wansink, director of the Cornell Food and Brand Lab.
