The Food - Seafood recipes: Crispy Fish

The Food - If you want a mild dish of the night as a friend to watch the ball, try the fried fish is crispy and crunchy. Easily made and the most delicious fried will be presented shortly. Cocolan enjoyed warm with tartar sauce and chili sauce. Yummy!

ingredients:
500 g snapper fillets, cut into thin size of 6x4 cm
1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons flour
cooking oil
200 ml of water
dough:
100 g flour
50 g of rice flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Tartar sauce, mix together:
150 ml of bottled mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
complement:
French fries
Bottled hot pepper sauce

How to make:

     Marinate the fish pieces with lemon juice, pepper and salt until blended.
     Coat with flour until blended. Set aside.
     dough:
     Stir all ingredients together.
     Pour the water and stir until dough is smooth finished. Set aside for 15 minutes.
     Dip fish fillets into flour mixture until blended.
     Fry in hot oil until golden yellow and more. Drain.
     Serve with tartar sauce and topping.
