The Food - Meat recipes: Rump Steak with Black Pepper Sauce

The Food - Make beefsteak itself was not too complicated. Such as rump steak wearing a black pepper sauce that many people enjoy. Juicy savory meat flavors blend with spicy savory sauce. The more good to eat with mashed potatoes. Yummy!

ingredients:
1 piece (150 g) rump steak
pepper, crushed
salt
Black Pepper Sauce:
125 g for glace
2 g of black pepper, roasted, crushed
18 g of fresh cream
complement:
mashed potatoes

How to make:


     Heat a heavy based flat griddle.
     Marinate rump steak with crushed pepper with salt.
     Rump steak cooked to medium level of maturity.
     Black Pepper Sauce:
     Cook for glace to a boil.
     Add pepper and fresh cream, stir well and remove from heat.
     Rump steak served with Black Pepper Sauce and topping.
