The Food - Soup recipes: Tomato Soup Meat Ball

The Food - This Italian-style tomato soup taste delicious fresh acid. The contents are also complete. Savory meat balls, pasta and peas. Make it more nutritious soup. Inhaled better warm with additional grated parmesan cheese as a topping.

ingredients:
Meat balls:
150 g of ground beef
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp plain flour
1 clove garlic, grated
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
soup:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 g onions, chopped
500 g tomatoes, grated
1 quart beef broth
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 quart beef broth
1 bay leaf sheet
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tsp salt
50 g pasta shells, cooked
2 tablespoons of frozen peas

How to make:

     Meat balls:
     Stir in minced meat, egg yolks, flour, garlic, pepper, nutmeg and salt until well blended.
     Form the dough into small balls size of a marble. Set aside.
     soup:
     Saute onion until wilted.
     Enter the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, bay leaf, oregano, pepper and salt.
     Cook until boiling.
     Enter the meatballs and cook until the float.
     Add cooked pasta and peas.
     Cook until boiling then remove from heat.
