Chicken recipe: Chicken Curry

Javanese curry or curry with curry is a bit different from Sumatra. Lighter ingredients with fragrant spices. Cooked with coconut milk to soak into the chicken perfectly.

ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
500 ml coconut milk diluted
300 ml thick coconut milk
Two lime leaves
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
puree:
5 red chilies
3 pieces of red chili sauce
3 eggs hazelnut
5 red onions
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp coriander
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tsp cumin
2 cm turmeric
½ cm ginger
½ cm galangal
2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon sour Java
2 tsp salt

How to make:

     Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Wash and drain.
     Saute until fragrant.
     Enter the lime leaves, bay leaves, and lemongrass. Stir until fragrant.
     Add chicken pieces, stirring until stiff.
     Pour the thin coconut milk, simmer until the chicken until almost tender.
     Enter the thick coconut milk. Bring to a boil again until the sauce is thick and oily.
     Remove and serve warm.
