How to pick fresh herbs for flavor to be more fragrant and delicious flavor?

Fresh herbs are best for making a variety of spices. Type of spice crops such as ginger, turmeric, galangal will give a fresh scent for the most diverse spices. Choose the type of the old tubers, hard, and no part of rotten or damaged. Similarly, the type of herb leaves such as kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves, turmeric leaves or lemongrass. Should be briefly grilled herb-shaped bulb that is more robust flavor. Buy enough to always get the freshest. Store spices in a container shaped bulbs dry and not damp. Do not store in the refrigerator because it will be easy to germinate.
