The Food - Wagyu Burger Made in 'Open Sandwich'

The Food
The Food - This cozy place that promises a warm atmosphere. Serving dishes are very tempting. Wagyu Beef Burger like a thick, soft and savory melt instantly on the tongue. Cheesenya blue dressing sauce was delicious. Dangerously delicious!

The name 'Tartine' refers to a name famous bakery in San Francisco, California. Whether or not a relationship that looks Tartine in white on the outside of it caught my attention. Existing restaurant downstairs FX Lifestyle Xentre this is never empty of visitors.

Wood-dominated room setup gives a warm atmosphere. Tartine in the French language means open sandwich. But the offer dishes that are written in the book of exactly the size of the menu instead of a sandwich. Starting from Appetizer, to bite with bread, Tartine selection, various steaks, pasta and snack and dessert.

Because you want to eat that was not too heavy, then the Wagyu Beef Burger (RM 59500.00) from the menu 'to bite with bread' and Spaghetti Aglio Olio (U.S. $ 45500.00) from the pasta menu into main choice. Though it is tempting choices beefsteaknya. There Wagyu beef, T-bone, fish, lamb chops and chicken and salmon.

Wagyu Beef Burger served on a wooden cutting board, along with salad, sweet potatoes fries and red onion hours. Dagingpun savory scent wafted directly. In the first bite of burger meat was wrapped in the softness of molten blue cheese sauce. Thick soft burger bun and beef wagyunya feels soft lean but quite crisp.

Cocolan red onion is soft add at this tasty burger. Likewise, in the form of cos lettuce salad with a light vinaigrette. That was unique pieces of sweet potato fries instead of french fries replaced. It was not serenyah sweet potatoes but gentle. A healthy choice for replacing the fries.

Savory aroma of the cheese directly touch your nose while spaghetti sauteed garlic and chili flakes, Aglio Olio is presented in a concave dish. The color is beautiful because there are interludes black olive slices, chopped parsley and bits of canned tuna are quite generous.

As I expected, spaghettinya al dente, chewy in the middle, not too much oil layer olivenya smearing spaghetti. Savory olive and tuna taste good with dried red chili flakes interludes. Slightly crunchy with a unique spicy accents.

Variations display a somewhat different Oglio Olio This spurred me to buy and hold this spaghetti. Soft-krenyes krenyes Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of spaghetti makes this pasta I can finally finish off the plate.
